User Registration

To access Investor Portal for the first time, shareholders or representatives are required to register for a user account. If you have already registered an account, you can sign-in using that account and you are not required to register again.

For Individual

  1. Using a browser such as Google Chrome or Mozila Firefox, access the website at https://www.equiti.my.
  2. Click Register Account button.
  3. Enter all required information. Note your email will be used as your User ID.
  4. Upload a softcopy of your IC/MyKad (front and back) or passport (front).
  5. Tick the acknowledgement to indicate that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions.
  6. Click Submit to submit your registration.
  7. A verification code will be emailed to you (if you did not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder). Enter the verification code at the verification screen.
  8. After your email is verified, your account will be reviewed and activated by the Share Registrar within one working day.
  9. Upon activation, you will receive an email notification. You can then sign-in to your Investor Portal account.

For Nominees/Corporate

  1. Using a browser such as Google Chrome or Mozila Firefox, access the website at https://www.equiti.my.
  2. Click Register Account button.
  3. Choose Nominees/Corporate on the top right corner.
  4. Enter all required information. Note your email will be used as your User ID. Please use your company email address.
  5. Upload a softcopy of your IC/MyKad (front and back) or passport (front).
  6. Enter the Name and Company No. in the list of the investor/company you represent. Optionally, you can enter the ADA Code and ADA Branch if you are representing a specific branch. You can add more companies by clicking the + Add button.
  7. Upload one of the supporting document below to indicate you are authorized to represent the investor/company :
  8. Tick the acknowledgement to indicate that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions.
  9. Click Submit to submit your registration.
  10. A verification code will be emailed to you (if you did not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder). Enter the verification code at the verification screen.
  11. After your email is verified, your account will be reviewed and activated by the Share Registrar within one working day.
  12. Upon activation, you will receive an email notification. You can then sign-in to your Investor Portal account.
